Rabita is responsible for the Human Resources and Administration at Praava Health. She looks after the employee experience by ensuring HR yields performance at every stage of an employee’s tenure in the company. She is responsible for the Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) where her focus is to champion employee happiness as a key company success indicator. 

Rabita has over 10 years of experience in the field of human resources. She has worked in multiple disciplines of Human Resources over the course of her professional career working in organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Gemcon Group, ACI, & Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC). During her professional career, she has spent a significant time in transforming conventional HR by instilling HR Analytics in the organizations she has worked in. Rabita has recruited over 1000 employees, conducted over 100 training sessions, and handled over 300 grievance cases during her tenure in the HR field. She was also responsible for establishing the OKR management tool, SMART appraisal method, and different work management tools in her previous organizations.

Rabita has a master’s degree in Business Management from University of Hertfordshire, UK. She has been a passionately driven animal welfare activist for the last 8 years primarily focusing on welfare of street animals.
